These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Services and your purchase of products from EcoWarra. EcoWarra reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at its discretion if fraudulent, misleading, or harmful activity is suspected.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS

As a dropshipping retailer, EcoWarra partners with trusted suppliers and manufacturers to fulfil orders directly to customers.
While we take steps to ensure products meet reasonable standards of quality, appearance, and safety, we do not manufacture or physically store most items offered through our store.

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions and images, but colours and finishes may vary slightly due to device settings, lighting, and manufacturing differences.
EcoWarra does not warrant that the product quality will meet your expectations or that all variations can be avoided.

Product availability and specifications are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue or limit quantities at any time.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase.
Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Payment must be processed successfully before we confirm your order.

EcoWarra reserves the right to reject or cancel an order for reasons including pricing errors, unavailable stock, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Once processed, cancellation requests may not be possible.

We will communicate any change or cancellation to you via email using the contact information provided at checkout.
All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 – PRICES, TAXES AND BILLING

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

You authorise us (or our payment provider) to charge the total order amount at checkout.
You agree that you are authorised to use the payment method provided, and that all details are accurate.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing or typographical errors, even after an order is submitted.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

EcoWarra’s products are shipped directly from supplier warehouses located in Australia or internationally, depending on stock and destination.

Estimated delivery times provided at checkout are guidelines only and may vary based on the supplier’s fulfilment schedule, carrier delays, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.

You acknowledge and agree that:

Once an order has been dispatched, ownership and risk of loss transfer to you.
EcoWarra is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers or customs processes.
Tracking updates depend on information shared by the supplier and logistics partners.

If you receive damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and your order number. We will investigate and resolve the matter according to ACL consumer rights.

SECTION 6 – SUPPLIER, CUSTOMS AND FULFILMENT RESPONSIBILITY

As a dropshipping business, EcoWarra facilitates orders between customers and our vetted supplier network.
The following terms apply to ensure fair trade and protection for both parties:

Supplier Fulfilment:
All products are dispatched by third-party suppliers. While EcoWarra ensures suppliers follow ethical and shipping standards, we are not liable for:
- Delays due to supplier backlogs or logistical errors;
- Variations in packaging, labelling, or minor design differences;
- Supplier-level stock shortages or substitutions.
Customs and Import Regulations:
Depending on your location, international orders may be subject to customs clearance, import duties, or local taxes.
These fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the purchase price.
EcoWarra is not liable for customs rejections, delays, or confiscations caused by non-compliance with import regulations in your country.
Supplier Misconduct or Error:
In the event of supplier negligence or item misdelivery, EcoWarra will liaise with the supplier to secure a resolution (refund, replacement, or re-shipment).
However, EcoWarra cannot be held liable for indirect losses arising from supplier performance beyond what is required under Australian Consumer Law.
Communication and Support:
Customers must report missing, damaged, or defective items within 7 days of delivery (or estimated delivery for non-received items).
EcoWarra will act as the point of contact to ensure suppliers comply with our quality and refund standards.

SECTION 7 – AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW (ACL) COMPLIANCE

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) are not affected by these Terms.
You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for a major failure and compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
EcoWarra will assist you in exercising your ACL rights with our suppliers.

SECTION 8 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All trademarks, content, designs, and materials appearing on this website are the property of EcoWarra or its licensors.
You may not reproduce or reuse any content without written permission.

SECTION 9 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS

All refunds and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy.
EcoWarra reserves the right to deny refunds for:

Change of mind;
Customer input error during checkout (wrong address, size, or quantity);
Non-defective items returned after use.

Shipping costs are non-refundable except where required under ACL.

SECTION 10 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, EcoWarra, its officers, directors, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profit, data, goodwill, or business interruption.

EcoWarra shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations under these Terms due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, shipping disruptions, pandemics, or customs delays.

SECTION 13 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
